My previous roles at Spotify, Werlabs and Kry within HR & People Operations was incredible fun and taught me a great deal on a variety of topics and on top of that I have personal experience with burnout and recovery.
As an ICF Certified Wellbeing & Performance Coach (ACC), I love to share my experiences & knowledge through workshop facilitation, speaking, coaching & mentoring.
All services are available in English and Swedish and can be done either IRL or over Zoom.

I am also a Certified Leadership Coach. My clients typically work with me for 3-6 months in order to see results and facilitate learning.
