Ep 29: Empower Yourself by Saying No & Taking Control of Your Finances

Episode show notes:

What is your relationship with money?

I had the pleasure of speaking with Pingis Berg-Hadenius.

Pingis is a serial entrepreneur, CEO, author, podcaster, board professional, and economist who has founded several companies within e-commerce and fast-moving consumer goods.

Today she is running Economista, which is Sweden’s largest community for women related to personal finances.

Already as an eight-year-old old Pingis knew she wanted to work with money in some way, playing bank with her best friend.

Now she is empowering hundreds of thousands of women to take control over their finances and through that, their lives.

Pingis and I spoke about juggling a career with two small kids, sleep, exercise, confidence, saying no, setting boundaries, values, what she needs to stay healthy, and a lot more.

We also touched upon the role mentors and coaches have played in her life and career and smart hacks for investments and spending.
