Sarah is the podcast founder of Live Well Be Well, founder of the Be Well Collective, registered nutritionist, TEDx speaker, international model, and health journalist, and was named Woman of the Year in 2019 by Rake Magazine.

Sarah Ann spent the first 15 years of her career in the modeling industry, but after some serious life events, including becoming very ill herself, she switched completely and started studying to become a nutritionist. 

She advocates being more compassionate to ourselves and also bridging compassionate eating and mindset.
